About the Presenter:
Dr. Binder has been in full-time academic medicine, then full-time private practice, and is currently a Medical Monitor for Abbott Medical Optics. He is Past President of ISRS, CLAO, and ISCLR. He has published over 300 manuscripts in the peer review literature and has taught over 200 courses and lectured nationally and internationally.
