Dr. Reeves is a cornea and refractive surgery subspecialist who is a Partner at Minnesota Eye Consultants and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota. He earned his M.D. at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and masters of public health degree at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. He completed ophthalmology residency at the Duke University Eye Center, where he also served as Chief Resident and a member of the faculty. He completed his fellowship training program in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants. Dr. Reeves been awarded numerous national honors including a Harry S. Truman Scholarship, an American Medical Association Foundation Leadership Award and the Claes Dohlman Society Award, given to a single individual each year for excellence in cornea subspecialty training. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Reeves is actively involved in research and teaching and serves on the ASCRS Young Physicians and Residents Clinical Committee.
